When will my subscription begin?

The cutoff for subscriptions is the last business day of the month. The first issue will be mailed around the 15th of the following month.

When does my subscription expire?

Check the magazine address label. On the line above your name, the expiration date (the last issue) is printed.

How do I change my address?

When will I receive a renewal notice?

You will receive the first renewal notice when two issues remain in your subscription.

How do I purchase past issues?

Past issues are $7.00 for a single copy, $12.00 for two (2) copies and $16.00 for three (3) copies. This pricing includes postage and handling. For more than 3 copies, contact us toll free at the circulation desk at 1-855-558-9152.

What should I do if my issue arrives late, damaged, or not at all?

I’ve paid for my subscription, but bills keep coming. What should I do?

If you receive one bill after you have paid, then please disregard it. Some bills will go out before the payment is processed. If you receive a second bill, contact our circulation department at 1-855-558-9152 or by email at wonderfulwvcomments@wv.gov  

There is a “Last Issue” wrapper on my magazine, but I have already paid. Why?

Your payment was not processed before the magazine labels were printed at the end of the previous month.
