When will my subscription begin?

Depending on when payment is received, subscribers should allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of the first issue.

When does my subscription expire?

Check the magazine address label. On the line above your name, the expiration date (the last issue) is printed.

When will I receive a renewal notice?

You will receive the first renewal notice when two issues of your subscription remain.

I’ve paid for my subscription, but bills keep coming. What should I do?

If you receive one bill after you have paid, then please disregard it. Some bills will go out before the payment is processed. If you receive a second bill, contact our circulation department at 1-855-558-9152 or by email at wonderfulwvcomments@wv.gov  

There is a “Last Issue” wrapper on my magazine, but I have already paid. Why?

Your payment was not processed before the magazine labels were printed at the end of the previous billing cycle.
